Bill Treasurer is the founder of Giant Leap Consulting, a courage-building company, and the author The Courageous Leadership Training Guide, the world’s only off-the-shelf facilitator training program. He’s also the author of the international bestseller, Courage Goes to Work. Bill’s courage-building workshops have been taught to thousands of executives in eleven countries on five continents.

For more than two decades, Bill has designed and delivered leadership and succession programs for emerging and experienced leaders from such organizations as NASA, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lenovo, eBay, UBS Bank, Spanx, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Prior to founding Giant Leap Consulting, Bill served as an executive in Accenture’s change management and human performance practice, eventually becoming the $35 billion company’s first full-time internal executive coach.


What can Courageous Leadership Offer Licensees?

Licensees become certified in Little Leaps Press (LLP) signature courage-building program, Courageous Leadership: A Program for Using Courage to Transform the Workplace. After attending the train-the-trainer program, the licensee becomes a certified “Master Courage-builder” who is then qualified to bring the program and concepts to its clients. Certified licensees can offer: 

Courage-building Workshops: High-impact training programs designed to build workplace courage. The licensee will be able to deliver the program in a one-day, half-day, and lunch-n-learn format for its clients. The content can be delivered as a “stand alone” workshop, or to supplement and strengthen other workshops and training programs the licensee may already be offering. 

Courage-building Training Materials: High-quality training materials that include theCourageous Leadership Participant Workbook, complete with supplementary research, reflective questions, and activities, and theCourageous Leadership Profile, a 30 question self-rated assessment that includes tips for increasing participant courage as well as an individual development plan. The materials will provide an additional revenue stream for the licensee.
